14 “MUST HAVE” ebooks for bloggers and marketers
I shared some thoughts yesterday about the importance of studying and building your base of knowledge for credibility purposes. It’s my opinion that reading should be a primary core habit for bloggers and marketers who want to generate an income online.
Here’s a solid list that contains links to the best ebooks I’ve had the pleasure to read. I’ve provided you with a brief description of each book, as well as given you a heads up on how you can access each one. In certain cases, you’ll need to provide your email address to reach the download link for the book. In those cases, you’ll most likely be joining the author’s email list or newsletter. Since I’ve downloaded all of these ebooks for my own library, I’ve been through this personally and I can reassure you that there’s a minimum of hassle involved with unsubscribing, if you have no desire to be emailed or marketed to after you’ve had a chance to download the book.
Take a look for yourself and see what I’ve included… if you have suggestions for other great resources or ebooks, please leave them in the comments! I may update this list with new ebooks as I have a chance to review them. Here you go!

I have 3 of them.
I’ll have to check out the other 11. I have another one somewhere; I’ll have to find it and see if it’s a freebie and still available. I’ll let you know if it is!
Wow! 7 of the 11 I’ve read. And 2 more I’ve heard of! I’m pretty psyched. I am proud to say that I’m UP on the Web 2.0 trend! Thank you again for the all-in-one resource!
Whoops! I made a mistake. 7 of the 14 (so 50%) I’ve read. Still pretty good odds! (heh heh heh) Thank again for compiling this most-thorough list!
my ebook not on the list? o_O
nice collection though
Thank you for the one-stop shopping option!
Thank you for a great list. It looks like I have some reading to do. 4 down, 10 to go.
Wow, great list. I have a few of these but not all. I find a few of them to be of great value. I’d say my favorites so far are Yaro’s and Rich’s works.
I’ll be back to follow some of your links. At the moment I have so much to read and study-it is overwhelming!
Any ideas on that aspect?
Hi, GG. I do have some ideas on managing the volume of content that we’re presented with. I’ll compose a proper article on the topic, but here’s one tip… actioning! It’s easy to get lost in ebooks and lessons, so I’ve started keeping a sheet of paper numbered 1 to 5 while I read. When I come across a bit that captures my imagination, I try to translate it into something actionable. When I’ve identified 5 actionable items, then I quit reading and start working on my to-do list. If you do something like this, then your question would change dramatically… to “Chris, how am I going to get all this stuff done so I can study???”
This will be a handy resource… well done!
Susan
Thanks for the list. If this post is not here, I don’t even know that there are e-books entitled Keyword Research Guide and Building Traffic with Article Marketing.
Thanks for a great list! I am hearing a lot about Caroline Middlebrook’s book. That’s definitely on my list of things to do.
Thanks, everyone. I’m glad that you’re finding this to be a good list… I’ve seen other lists of good ebooks out there, but there were some that I couldn’t recommend because I haven’t read them! I’m confident that I’ve shared the best of my personal library, and I can’t say how excited I am that people are finding it useful.
I’m not familiar with a few of your selection, but all others really are great resources. Now, all we have to do is read the stuff and put it into practice!
Nice job Chris, well done!
