“Linkin’ it up” Contest update
A few days ago I kicked off my “Linkin’ it up” contest where I offered my readers a chance to win Brian Gardner’s Revolution Theme by “linkin’ up” to their favorite article here at Chris Bloczynski dot Com. I really thought that the premium Revolution Theme would be a big draw as a prize, but thus far, there’s only been one entrant to the contest…. I hate to do this to her, but if you guys want to stop Bloggrrl from stealing her second contest win here, you might want to check out the contest and see about entering.
Let’s sweeten the deal a little bit to make it fun. Revolution is an advanced theme, and you might need some help getting it set up if you win… besides the theme, the winner of this contest will also get an hour of web development service and consultation with Gartner Web Development, my favorite web-dev provider. Jerry Gartner is great to work with, and he’ll help you get your new theme fired up once you’re ready. Jerry typically bills $50 an hour for his service, so that means this grand prize now has a value of $149.
Have you checked out my newsletter, by the way?
Since the second edition of the Chris Bloczynski dot Com newsletter is due in about a week, and I’m in a giving mood, I’m also going to reward one random newsletter subscriber with one hour of web development service at Gartner Web Development. If you want to see the newsletter and possibly win a sweet prize, you can subscribe by entering your name and email address in the opt-in form to the right in my sidebar.

Did you post your contest at contest blogger- I love that guy! He’s the only blog I have in my RSS feed reader. (I can’t believe I said that- looking for your RSS feed button). Seriously post it at contest blogger or one of the other blog contest sites, there’s plenty of bloggers who could use a theme swap.
[…] that will get me more comments on my blog posts. I need to start some link posts that may win me a link contest. Also I might look into freelance writing and maybe pick up some quick freelance writing […]
@ Michelle - What is this Contest Blogger? I’ll have to Google that up. Lol… you’re busted, by the way.
Phil’s site is contestblogger.com ~ it’s the best blog about blog contests. I am surprised you don’t know about it I think blogrrl either lists or wins every contest over there.
I’m sorry I don’t have your blog in my feed. I don’t like to read out of the feeds & I don’t like to read blogs either. I don’t even read Jerry’s or mine for that matter. He says I have to read it this week, because he will be somewhere special blogging.
Actually, I only read 1 blog~ it’s by this old Irish codger. Head Ramblings written by Granddad ~ I read it because my Dad the hippy dopehead died in May & I need a surrogate Father. Opps busted again, Really I do read your blog and dcr blogs (but I only read his because his header winks & flirts at me). I just read yours because I’m paid to. AH HA HA :OP
So, the winking does hook the viewers…
That’s funny… I’ve never noticed that your header winks before! I suppose I spend more time reading your writing and looking at your spinning characters than I do watching your header for winking.
Joined the contest by linking to one of your posts. As you can see from my site, it definitely is in need of a redesign. Hope the contest is going well for you!
