Here’s a great way to automate your life and remove an everyday to-do from your list so that you can devote more attention to being creative and building your business. Earth Class Mail will receive your mail, scan it for you, and deliver it to your email box, allowing you to check it online instead of visiting the post office box every day!

You’ll need to download USPS Form 1583 and get it notarized to authorize Earth Class Mail to handle your mail. They’ll also need photocopies of two forms of ID.

Plans start at $9.95 monthly (with a 12 month commitment), or you can pay a flat rate $12.50 per month with no commitment. This is a little more expensive than a regular post office box… a #1 sized box at your local PO costs roughly $7.00 per month. Depending on who you are, however, the convenience may be worth the cost. For instance, the post office in MY neighborhood is located only a block away from two of my favorite lunchtime lounges… there’s no telling how much money and time I save by not dropping in every couple of days!
