		<description>I agree- when I talk marketing with my clients, I tell them that two of the biggest sales breakers are; a lack of professional persona whether in person or on the web and no call to action. Too many people think that a casual business environment means "sloppy is ok." The other deal breaker is not having a call to action. Potential sales take advantage of this and window shop for as long as they can. Without a call to action (coupons, incentives, extras, etc) they will take their time to get to buy stage. Turn it around and have them buying from you when you are ready for the sales to come in. Great list.</description>
