		<description>Chris, great post. I think there's actually two groups within 'readers' - the first is those people who've subscribed to your feed and the second is those who've found you (maybe via search or one of the social networks) but not yet committed enough to sign up to your feed.

A bit like 'new customers' and 'repeat customers' in the old world.</description>
